Tasheenah has more than 5 years of experience facilitating one on one interviews and focus groups with a wide variety of participants with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity (DEI) – corporate executives to local community members. Brown places an emphasis on establishing a safe environment for participants to share openly and honestly, both virtually and in-person.

Debra has more than twenty plus years’ experience in qualitative marketing research field operations and management. A calm problem solver, she utilizes her expansive network and field management expertise to skillfully manage respondents’, field facilities’ and clients’ needs.

A former military recruiter, Casinova specializes in understanding the mindset and attitudes among consumers. His work as a transaction and civil litigation attorney has provided a deeper understanding and insight into cultural decision drivers.
